The scent comes from the Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cloves, and Baking Spices in the recipe and is very subtle. We do not scent these. They are not intended to give off fragrance. These will last for many, many years if not stored in an air-tight container or plastic wrap. Breakable if dropped. Ask me how I know!
